Believe it or not, there is a rhythm to life that God created which you can learn in order to have real lasting wellness in your life. This rhythm creates an order which you can live from, and when you start to implement that rhythm then you start to thrive as a person more. If you disregard the rhythm then you start to notice that you suffer more.

A coffee on Monday, then a coffee on Tuesday, then Wednesday and so on causes what type of damage to your kidneys? What about a green drink with that cup of coffee in the beginning, and then maybe switching out that cup of coffee with the green drink…what type of effects do you think that will have on your kidneys instead?

Better habits strengthen you as your body ages, they help to clear your mind, create stability in your life and help you focus more on what matters.

The goal of this program is to have you balance your life out with habits that are according to the natural order of life which God created.

What you get…

Every week you get a lesson from me through a recording and then we jump on a call to make a plan on how to implement that habit into your life. Each week we introduce a new habit and reassess the old habits to see where you are stuck and how you can move past hurdles.

Calls are 1:1 lasting about 60 min.

You will also have access to me via email or text message during specific times.
