I am Krystina, a Nurse that became an Aromatherapist then a Clinical Herbalist and then to a Certified Naturopathic Practitioner! My goal is to guide you into knowing the best natural remedies to use for your specific issue and master daily habits for long term health and wellness.

I’ve worked within women’s natural health since before I’ve had children! I love helping women that have health issues to live without them.

Some of my favorite things to help with are areas of pregnancy, postpartum, immune and autoimmune support, chronic health concerns for women such as adrenal fatigue, PCOS, endometriosis and overall women’s wellness.
