How to make natural hand soap in 3 easy steps

Making your own natural hand soap is the easiest thing you can start replacing. It involves only three easy steps, and all the products are all natural.

Any essential oils can be used to blend this together. When looking at which essential oils to use then it is best to look at their properties such as antiviral or antimicrobial. Most recipes call for Castile Soap and others call for your choice of carrier oil such as avocado oil.

Easy Dilution Guide

The dilution rate that you choose is based on your health, sensitivity and if you have children in your home. With children before the age of 5, it is recommended that you stay between a 1% – 2% dilution rate. This means that the maximum amount of drops you can add to your mix with a dilution rate of 1% is 5-6 drops per 1oz and at a 2% dilution rate the amount of drops are 10-12 per 1oz. (1)
